What web pages do you need to include on your website?
I am often approached by people who want a website because they have recognised that this is now an essential part of any business. However, quite often they have no idea what web pages to include on it.
To assist with this I have written a document that outlines most of the standard content web pages that you may want to consider.
They are not relevant to all sites so you should choose to put only those web pages that are suitable for the business you are in on your website. Here’s a word of caution with regard to company or other news pages. How many web site news pages have you visited only to find a “coming soon” message or a news article that is a year or two old? This provides a bad impression so don’t have a news page unless you intend to use it.
(For the uninitiated a "webpage or web page" is an individual location on a website such as a home page. When you click any of the links on a web page you are normally being directed to another page.)
