It is easy for web design agencies, Internet agencies and graphic designers to charge what they like if they are so inclined. There is lots of work around for those that know how to find it so they can charge big money for their services.

I provide free Internet Consultancy to all of my clients. That's the way I prefer to work but as a freelance designer and consultant there are limitations to the amount and type of work that I can take on.
