The list below outlines some of the points that we feel make us a trustworthy web design firm that will meet and exceed your requirements.
We started back in November 2001. We have therefore been around for a few years. We are a stable, established web design firm. We are happy doing what we are doing as a small firm and we have no plans to get involved in any risky 
business expansion schemes.
There are only two of us involved here, Jimmy Campbell and myself. We are both mature people who work from home and we have no major overheads. We have no ambition to become millionaires. We are happy to make a reasonable living. You can be quite sure that if you need us a year or two after your website work is complete we will still be around.
We have a large web design portfolio full of of happy small business and larger firms. Most of them have provided great references and testimonials. We encourage our clients to make contact with them with or without our knowledge. We are sure that they will be happy to recommend us.
We try to be as honest as possible with our clients. We will offer friendly advice on what you need for your small business or your firm's website. We will also offer honest advice on your chances of getting found on the search engines. If you come to us with advice for your website idea we will tell you if we think it has merit. If we know that it will not work we will not take the job. We only build "websites that work".
Since there are only two of us we may have to turn down some some larger projects. We shall not take on any work that we cannot complete in accordance with the clients' schedule. If there is any doubt about our ability to complete your project as a result of time or expertise constrictions we shall tell you when you make your enquiry.
All of our clients get unlimited free web design consultancy from the moment we take on a project until it is complete. You can call us or mail us as many times as you like. If you need assistance, information or clarification on any part of the process just let us know. If you are arranging your own domain name and hosting we will help you with this.
We are fully transparent on website design prices. We do not hide any of our charges and you will never be asked to pay more than what was agreed unless you have requested additional work. There are occasions when we underestimate the price for a job. On these occasions we take it on the chin and learn from our mistakes because we want all of our clients to know exactly what they need to pay for the work we are doing for them.
Our charges are very reasonable. You may find someone to do the work cheaper but they are likely to be hobbyists or part timers as opposed to a proper web design firm. Unlike many of them, we have pay taxes and we are fully insured for professional indemnity.
We can also offer fixed prices for website design. This means that you know exactly what it will cost you. Because all client have such different requirements it is difficult to put fixed prices on website design work. We are however aware that most people like to have an ideas how much they are likely to be paying before making an enquiry so we have created some fixed price options.
