Our prices start at only *£350. This includes four pages, graphic design and some images if required.

This is an example of good web page layout and an intuitive navigation system that we can use on your website. This reduces development time because the layout is already prepared. Only the colours and images have to be changed.

This is your choice and if you don't like it we can do something entirely different. If you want to call us to discuss this please feel free to do so there will be no charge for this.

COLOURS: The blue shades used are for illustration only. If you like this colour scheme we can use it or we can change it to whatever you prefer. The site can be branded with your logo and livery if this is available. We can also create an attractive "masthead" like the one at the top of this page.

MENUS: The menu system will be your choice. Your menu can be at the top, the left or right hand side or as in this demo, both.

Website Optional Extras

We can create an attractive * four page website like this for as little as £350.

Additional pages can be added as required for an additional sum. Each web page can be very simple or extremely complex so we don't really price our websites on the number of pages. If each page has to be optimised for the search engines this can also add to the complexity. As a rough guide however you can add about £30 to £40 pounds for each additional page.

Graphic design of this standard is included in the cost of your website. If you have your own graphics we can also incorporate these into the design.

Images: The price assumes that you will be providing the images. We can also use several stock photography and image sources to find suitable images to illustrate your site for a small additional fee.

Search Engine Optimisation: Full SEO and keyword research is not included although we will include the basic meta content. Should it be important that your site has a chance of getting found on the Internet by people searching for the products or services that you offer you should consider a full SEO package. This would be available from £100 upwards. (See Footnote.)

* IMPORTANT NOTE: I try to ensure that my web site prices are totally honest and transparent. This offer only applies where the website content is provided in full by the client and where no significant consultancy is required. If the client requires consultancy and guidance with regard to the project there may be an additional charge.

Whatever happens you will be quoted a price for the required website before work commences. This price you are quoted is what you will pay. It will only be changed if you request additional work after the job is started.

 

Footnote: Search Engine Optimisation or SEO is the process of using special techniques, building and optimising your website in such a way that it has a chance of being found on search engines like Google when people search for the products and services that you offer. Getting this right can be very lucrative.

For example if you provide a service such as a trade or construction or if you are a freelance photographer where single commissions can net you £1000 or more, just one successful enquiry from your website will more than cover its total cost. A properly optimised website can be the cheapest form of advertising available and our prices ensure that this is so.
